Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! Week 8 is all about power and athleticism and being able to move the barbell quickly and explosively. After the warm-up, we start with a Power Circuit, followed by conditioning Every Minute on the Minute, focusing on power delivery and then finishing off with conditioning. You pick your weight selection for all exercises.
