You have the power to help a friend — or even save a life.
This youth-focused QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training is designed specifically for teens and young adults ages 11–21. In a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment, participants will learn how to:

• Recognize signs that someone might be struggling
• Reach out to a friend who may be thinking about suicide
• Encourage them to get help from a trusted adult or professional
• Understand that it’s okay to ask questions and offer support

This is not a counseling course — it’s a practical, empowering session on how to care for your friends and yourself in times of crisis.
