Description
Learn the foundations of resistance training in a non-intimidating environment. Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will instruct the fundamentals and progress participants safely and effectively.
This class runs January to December and the price reflected shows the full year amount. When registering you will have the option of going on a monthly payment plan for the remainder of the year and the overall fee will be prorated based on the date you enroll.
