Looking for a COACHED workout with a focus on improving technique? Need feedback on your stroke mechanics with drills to reinforce positive results? Lapsters is for you!Please Note: Lapsters need to be able to swim freestyle with face in the water and rotary breathing and must be confident swimming with others in the same lane. While we will work on stroke technique, Lapsters is not an adult learn to swim program.
Join us Wednesday, March 2 at 7:30 PM at the West Chester Area YMCA Competition Pool for the start of the Spring Session for 7 weekly coached sessions with feedback. After our first meeting, Lapsters will be divided into two groups based on ability and experience with one group continuing to meet on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM and the other on Thursdays at 7:30 PM. This allows for the appropriate levels of coaching and swim workout.
