Description

Prerequisites: Swim 200 yards (8 lengths); tread water for 2 minutes without using your hands; perform a feet first surface dive to lift a brick off the bottom of the pool, plus proof of valid Ellis and Associates certification. Upon successful completion of water skills and written exam, participants receive a 1-year re-certification in Ellis and Associates Lifeguarding. Re-certification includes First Aid, Adult, Child and Infant CPR, Oxygen Administration and AED. No refunds regardless of passing or failing the course.

Please report to the Competition Pool Deck on Sunday. Bring a towel, bathing suit and change of clothes.

Prerequisite skills test required - contact Aquatics director for alternate dates if needed
