Challenge yourself with this dynamic TRX suspension training class! Led by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance through bodyweight exercises that can be tailored to all fitness levels.
No classes will be held from Christmas Eve Wednesday, December 24th through New Year's Eve Wednesday, December 31st.
