The golf swing is a complicated and coordinated set of full body movements requiring mobility, balance and strength to execute correctly and consistently. In this class, you will learn how to properly prepare your body for optimum performance long before you reach the first tee. Full and abbreviated warm-up techniques will teach how to prepare your body to swing freely. Strength and stability exercises will unlock a balanced and powerful swing. On course mobility hacks and breathing techniques will keep you lose throughout your round. Post-round stretches will ensure that your body is ready for the next round.
