In this class we use various functional movements performed at high intensity that reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Evolt 360 Integration with East Chestnut Fitness (ECF): Every session includes a complimentary initial Evolt 360 body scan. This scan provides baseline testing and helps in goal setting, ensuring that each participant starts with a clear understanding of their current fitness level and has well-defined goals to strive towards.
Follow-up Scans: Members receive follow-up scans at regular intervals, with one scan per month as long as they continue with their ECF membership. These regular scans track progress, provide valuable insights, and help in adjusting the training program to maximize results.
