Little Wheeler Events If you are a new rider on a strider, training wheels, or pedaling on a 20inch wheel or smaller bike, this is the program for you. Littler Wheeler events combine the Wheels Up’s skills bicycle play area with a few short races. These events are designed to put the little riders on the big stage and have a ton of fun doing it. All participants will receive race finisher ribbons and an official Wheels Up race number plate. Even if you decide to not race, you will have a lot of fun in the Wheels Up Skills Area. Race registration begins at 9:30am and goes till 10am. During that time, all participants are encouraged to participate in the Skills Area and warm up on the Racecourse. The Skills Area will remain open to all participants who choose not to participate in the race aspect of the program. Racing will end by 11am and the Skills Area will close at 11:15am. All participants and spectators are expected to wear mask during the event. At these community events, parents are encouraged to be a part of the experience. At a minimum, parents must be onsite during the entire program. These events will also benefit the Missouri Interscholastic Cycling League (NICA) through a donation of 10% of all proceeds going to the Wheels Up Rider Fund.
