The art of living in balance & true vitality isn't found just in the sweat; it’s cultivated in the space between. Join us for a workshop dedicated to important pillars of life: mindfulness, restoration, and the ritual of mindful eating. Align your effort with your ease.
Please email me your pre-work by Tuesday, June 2nd.No late work will be accepted.
On the day of our workshop please bring a healthy lunch that does not need to be refrigerated, clothes for restorative yoga, a yoga mat, bolster or cushion, and sneakers for mindful walking.
