LMSS coach provides a weather briefing and expected sailing conditions/focus areas on Bug Island at 5pm. Group drills are run between 5:15 and 6:15pm to prepare sailors for the champ races beginning at 6:15pm. LMSS coaches teams between race 1 and 2, and then leads a group debrief on Bug Island following the end of racing.
