Finding Your Way with Clay: Hand Building and Pit Firingw/Jimmy ClarkA twelve (12) session class


Hand building (appropriate for beginners and advanced students)Demos on the three major hand building techniques coils, slabs and pinching will prepare students to discover and develop their own unique approach to working with clay, embracing and mastering a particular method or combination of techniques unique to each student. There will also be two pit firings, offering an alternative means of finishing the work.
Tuition includes the first bag of stoneware, glazing and firing of coursework completed.
