Participants int his fun, hands-on class will learn some delicious new recipes and techniques for mostly-savory bakes from different countries. They will be able to enjoy them in class as well as take some home to share with friends and family. On the menu: Ukrainian Piroshki (handmade savory pastries with potatoes, onions & dill); Bedfordshire Clangers (part savory–partsweet handmade pastries); Rustici Leccesi (savory Italian pastries with tomato & mozzarella); Pullapart Garlic & Herb Dinner Rolls; and Mushroom & Chard Galettes.
