In this hands-on class, participants will learn to make some classic recipes that may be familiar, as well as some that may be new -- but will be sure to be added to everyone's list of favorites. On the menu: Roasted RedPepper Hummus; Mediterranean White Bean Pâté; Honey-Baked Feta; Handmade Greek Pita Bread; Lemon & Garlic Roasted Chicken; Cucumber & Mint Tzatziki; Chopped Greek Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, & Parsley; Lemon Tahini Sauce; Greek Fried Rice with Feta, Tomatoes & Olives; andscrumptious Greek Honey Cookies for dessert.
