Celebrate Chinese New Year by learning to prepare (and enjoying) classic holiday-inspired Dim Sum dishes that are sure to bring good luck for the new Year of the Horse! On the menu: Shrimp, Fresh Vegetable & Rice Noodle Spring Rolls with Sweet Pepper Dipping Sauce; Baked Buttered Leek and BBQ Pork Buns; Longevity Noodles with Vegetables and Broth; Mushroom and Chard Wontons with Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce; and Chinese Egg Cakes.
