About this event
QiGong (Chee-Kung) This ancient Chinese exercise uses the life force energy (Qi), found all around us in the natural world, to help increase health and vitality. In ancient times people thought that illness or disease was caused by blockages in the energy pathways of the body called meridians. In this class you will learn some QiGong forms and movements that increase our Qi, clear meridians, improve health, and connect us with nature. All levels of physical ability are welcome. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. You may pick any six dates between Feb. 11 and Mar. 25. Limit 15 students.
