This gentle yoga class invites you to move through accessible asanas (shapes), calming breathing techniques, and the luxurious, deeply restful practice of restorative yoga. Designed to support relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being, this class is safe and welcoming for everybody--no matter your age, experience, or physical ability. Patti Prema Kristiansen has been teaching Gentle Yoga to all ages & abilities in the Midcoast area for 27 years. She is a Registered Yoga teacher (E-RYT500) & Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
