Who: Social Club (Criteria: Social Club is for individuals 19 and older who are able to participate in simple conversations, follow multi-step directions, have a clear understanding of dangerous situations (crossing the street, etc.) and visit the restroom independently. Appropriate behavior is mandatory. Language or actions of violent or sexual nature, are strictly forbidden.) What: FACT's Valentine’s Day Dance- "That's Amore" Style! Where: Drop off and pick up will be in the at the FRONT of the FACT Autism Resource Center 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23452 When: Saturday February 14, 2026 from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Why: To provide social interaction and community engagement opportunities to teens and young adults with autism. Description: Join us as we dance the night away at FACT's Valentine's Day Dance! This can be as formal of an event as you make it or can be a casual night of dancing. Dress in your best "That's Amore" attire! Beverages and light refreshments will be provided. Dates are welcome to register. Tickets will not be offered at a discounted rate. The $20 ticket covers one participant with ASD or 1 Chaperone. If your child with ASD would like to bring a date with ASD, each participant must register individually. Chaperones must be 18 or older to attend and must maintain supervision of their participant at all times. If a participant registers without a chaperone, FACT will have staff and volunteers on site to provide supervision.
