Participants will explore a variety of sports, games, and physical activities that build strength, agility, and teamwork. With a focus on skill development, physical literacy, and preparing the body for different activities, campers will learn how to stay active in ways that are enjoyable and effective. Designed with female cognitive and physical development in mind, and led by female leaders with diverse backgrounds in sport and fitness, Girl Force offers a welcoming space for all skill levels. Each session brings exciting challenges, new friendships, and opportunities to grow, both physically and mentally, while discovering the joy of movement.

For the first day of camp, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the camp to ensure a smooth check-in. Information regarding camp will be sent approximately 1 week before the start of camp. Please ensure all waivers are filled out before the first day.
All PISE programs, camps, and services are subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee.
PISE camps will be eligible for a 90% refund for withdrawal up to 14 days after the date of registration.
Refund requests after 14 days will be processed by assessment of extenuating circumstances, included medical, or compassionate reasons. All requests must be submitted to play@pise.ca.
PISE camps will be eligible for a program transfer up to 14 days prior to the first day of program. Program transfers are only applicable to programs with open spaces, and cannot be guaranteed. Transfers can only be made into a program being offered in the same calendar year of equal, or greater value.
