Description

DAW and Home Studio Recording is a Level 1 workshop designed for anyone ready to begin their journey in audio production, music recording, and mixing. Whether you're completely new to recording or already experimenting with music creation, this course provides the essential skills to set up a functional home studio and confidently use a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).

Students will learn how to create an efficient recording space, understand key home-studio equipment, record and organize audio, work with MIDI instruments, and develop fundamental editing and mixing techniques. The course includes demonstrations using major DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic Pro X, and Ableton Live.
