Description

An eight-hour introductory course covering athletic taping techniques through a combination of lecture and practical sessions. Participants learn safety considerations, the theory and application of taping, and regional techniques for areas including the ankle, foot, knee, elbow, wrist, thumb and fingers. The course also addresses injury prevention, minimizing further damage and supporting the healing process. A certificate of completion is issued.
