Evening Zumba with Jason — All Levels Great for everybody! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party! Once the Latin rhythms take you over you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called fitness in disguise.
Online registration stops on the date the class begins, but if it's not full you can most likely still register for the class even after it's started. Call 250-389-1470 or come into the Centre (140 Oswego St.)
