Students explore the foundations of mixed media and sculpture through imaginative, hands‑on making with materials such as cardboard, wood, textiles, wire, clay, and found objects. They learn essential building skills including cutting, joining, assembling, and safe tool use while experimenting with form, texture, and structure. Through guided projects and creative challenges, students develop confidence in constructing three‑dimensional artworks and begin to understand how materials, design choices, and personal ideas shape sculptural expression.
