In an immersive studio environment, teens are introduced to contemporary architecture and environmental design through sketching and model-making. Students respond to real-world challenges by designing sustainable, creative structures, learning to draw floorplans, façades, and site views. They explore key concepts such as sustainability, material use, and user-centred spatial design while building models with mixed media like cardboard, wood, and recycled materials. Through an iterative process of sketching, building, and refining, students develop problem-solving skills and design thinking. Experimentation, discussion, and presentation encourages students to understand how architecture can respond to environmental and social needs in innovative ways.
