ADULT OUTRIGGER CANOE (OC1) INTRODUCTION - June 1, 8, 15 Sundays 1, 8, 15 @ 10:30a - 12:30p For new paddlers 16 years + with no or very little solo outrigger experience wanting to get on the water to learn the basics in a fun and supportive small group environment in beautiful False Creek. This course runs once a week on Sundays for three weeks of every month from March to October. Led by a qualified coach, paddlers will learn how to care for their boat, water safety, capsize recovery, and basic stroke techniques. All necessary equipment will be provided. No membership is required.
