Undersea life will be brought to the surface as we explore the first four kingdoms (Monera, Protista, Fungi, and Plantae), marine invertebrates, marine vertebrates, marine ecology, the intertidal zone, estuary communities, coral reefs, continental shelf communities, the deep ocean, and more….join Dr.April Lee on this exciting undersea adventure….and earn a high school credit in the process! Dr. April Lee is the mother of six amazing young women and wife to the Chief of Chiropractic Medicine at Mac Dill Air force base. She has been homeschooling for 12 years. She has extensive undergraduate training in the field of science. After Graduating from Stetson University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Medical Sciences, she decided to further her studies about the human body when a debilitating shoulder injury was corrected by her hometown Chiropractor. She graduated as a Chiropractic Physician in 1999 from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. While devoting herself to homeschooling her daughters she has also taught many homeschool classes, including General Science, Physical Science, Biology, Advanced Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and Chemistry. She has also taught at Keiser University and the School of Natural Healing, advanced level Biology and Anatomy and Physiology.
