Description
Operation Strong Families (OSF) is a 10-week targeted program designed to support active-duty military and veteran families. Our goal is to establish the Tampa YMCA as a trusted community destination where these families can strengthen their physical health, social connections, and mental well-being. Alumni participants often return to the program to provide encouragement and mentorship to new participants. They serve as an asset to each cohort by fostering engagement, offering peer support, and helping create a welcoming environment. Alumni are expected to remain actively involved and attend sessions consistently, missing no more than four sessions per cohort.
Please register as a family. At least one adult family member must be active duty military or a military veteran.
