Looking for work that actually supports your life — not just your bills? This workshop is for students, career changers, people returning to the workforce, and anyone feeling overwhelmed by the job search process. Together we’ll explore how to reconnect with your values and sense of purpose while building a practical, humane job search plan that doesn’t rely on hustle culture. You’ll leave with reflection tools, simple strategies for structuring your search and questions to help you evaluate whether a job truly aligns with the life you want to live. If you want meaningful work without sacrificing your wellbeing, this session will help you get started.Nicole Havelka (she/her) is the Wellness Program Supervisor at HAWC and is also a burnout recovery coach, yoga teacher, sustainability strategist, ordained UCC minister, journalist and podcaster. She helps people recover from burnout by rejecting grind culture and reconnect with their worth through rest.
