Description
Capoeira Angola is a traditional Afro-Brazilian martial art integrating dance, defense, and music. Created as a form of cultural resistance, it enhances strength, stamina, and flexibility through beginner accessible movements derived from nature. Classes are 40 minutes of movement and 20 minutes of percussion music.
