Description

This is a Kodokan Judo class. Come join this class for great exercise, self-defense skills, learning new Judo techniques, and meeting new people!

This is a full contact class with the goal of working together to learn and stay safe. Please bring water with you to class. Judo is a great family activity, and all levels are welcome.

Judo requires either a judo-gi or a jujitsu-gi to be worn. Karate and Taekwondo gi's do no hold up to the standard and resistance that judo requires. Speak with the instructor about the purchase of the uniform.
Water is mandatory, shoes, socks, and jewelry are not to be worn during class.
