Join us for a family friendly event and celebrate Canada day in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and soak in what Canada has to offer! This fun Splash and Dash event is a swim and then a run in beautiful Turner Valley, AB.

Distances:
Ages 16+ (500m swim - 5km run)
Ages 14 - 15 (500m swim - 3km run)
Ages 12 - 13 (400m swim - 2km run)
Ages 10 - 11 (200m swim - 1km run)
Ages 8 - 9 (100m swim - 750m run)
Ages 6 - 7 (50m swim - 500m run)
Under 6 (25m swim - 250m run)

Once we receive and accept your entry fee, you will not receive a refund for any reason and you will not be able to defer your entry to another year. By registering you take responsibility that you understand and agree to this statement.
Alberta Triathlon Membership: You must purchase either a day membership or hold a valid annual membership in addition to your registration. You must show confirmation of this in order to pickup your race package.

Event details and schedule
SCHEDULE:June 30th:
Package Pick Up - Tri It Multisport (1703 10th Ave SW, CALGARY)
10am - 5pm
July 1st:
7:45 - 8:45am - Package pick-up (parking lot of pool)
8:00am - Transition Opens (Body Marking will be done in transition)
8:45am - Transition Closes and Pre-Race Meeting (in transition)
9:00am - Race Starts
We will be doing WAVE STARTS. You will be notified of you wave at package pick up.
SWIM:
Please note that we will allow ATHLETES ONLY ON POOL DECK AND IN THE WATER.
Athletes enter the pool through the spectator bleacher area about 15 minutes before your race start..
After completing the swim, athletes will exit pool through gate at west side into transition.
RUN:
The run will be along the iconic Frendship trail that connect Turner Valley and Black Diamond. There will be signs and volunteers at all age group turn around points and at the aid station at 2.5K turn around.
The Finish Line is located beside the gazebo in Millennium Park.
