Wolves Impact on their Ecosystem

Explore how wolves and other top predators impact their ecosystems, and how humans have changed the structure of those ecosystems.

Speaker Danielle Ransier is the Wildlife Education and Outreach Specialist at Wolf Haven International. She began as an intern in 2019 under Faye Peebles then returned as staff in 2023. Danielle has a degree from Oregon State University in Animal Behavior and Wildlife Management, as well as a background in farm animal care. After graduating college, she worked at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in the Education Department and then moved to the Asia Department as a Zoological Aid. There she worked with a variety of animals, including tigers, apes, tapirs, and more.
