Are you ready for lunges, squats, planks, kicks, burpees, jumping jacks and a sandbox of fun? Enjoy a total body workout with this cardio and conditioning class that is set to music. Classes will be modified for all levels. Please bring a mat and 3-5lb weights. This class is for women only.
