Jewelry: Lost Wax Casting (Ages 18 & Up) No class 1/31
Instructor: Hilary Jones-Wujcik
Discover this ancient method of creating jewelry. You will learn how to carve models, use build up waxes and transform nature objects into silver, brass and bronze through the use of a centrifugal caster.
Safety Glasses and Closed Toe Shoes are REQUIRED!
The cost of tools and supplies is approximately $60. An $8 studio supply fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. NO MAKE UP CLASSES.
These classes are subject to immediate cancellation if any order or advisory by a federal, state or local official would preclude Pima County's ability to offer these classes, such as orders and advisories intended to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. All registered participants would be immediately notified should there be a cancellation.
