Description

Get ready for the upcoming Senior Olympics with the Road to Gold: Senior Olympics Training Series!
This program is designed to help active adults sharpen their skills, learn the rules, and gain valuable practice before the games begin.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice a variety of Senior Olympics events in a supportive and fun environment.
Whether you are new to the games or a returning competitor, these sessions are a great way to build confidence, improve performance, and connect with fellow athletes.
Staff will provide guidance, tips, and structured practice time to help participants prepare for competition.
Join us throughout April as we train, practice, and get ready to go for gold in May!
Limited capacity available during every training session. The training series is only available at East Central DeKalb Community Center and Exchange Recreation Center. When registering please select the site that you would like to participate at.
Program Details:

• Cost: Free - Participants MUST register. No Exceptions
• April 2 -April 23 from 3pm-5pm
• Age - Open to participants 50 years or older

All skill levels are welcome.
