There's no shortage of scenery when it comes to Rev3 Williamsburg. The race starts with a swim in the "clean, brackish waters" of the Chickahominy River where spectators can support their loved ones from a great vantage point on the Judith Stewart Dresser Memorial Bridge. The swim is even designed to be reversible in the case of difficult currents or tide conditions. The race continues across the Judith Stewart Dresser Memorial Bridge and through the rolling hills of rural Williamsburg. Finally, the course wraps up with the run course that is featured almost completely on the new Virginia Capital Trail that connects Williamsburg to Richmond and has plenty of shade and flat terrain.
