Did you know that serving others is a key part of being a disciple of Jesus? If you’re at least 15 years of age and interested in becoming a staff person at FBC or simply want to develop your leadership capacity, our 8-day Leadership Training program provides spiritual formation, camp-skills acquisition, and experience working with children, along with a group of fellow attendees. Have a challenging and fun time learning how to function within a team and develop your own leadership style while being personally mentored by our Leadership Training Program Directors and senior staff. Learn about yourself, have fun serving God and others, and be a part of this great summer camp ministry!
