Who should register? New clinical staff at AAC clinics in Ontario including Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Communicative Disorder Assistants (CDAs) and Technologists.
Cost: For staff working in an AAC centre in Ontario is $50. For participants outside of the Ontario AAC clinic system, costs are $250.
NOTE: It is a requirement of ADP that all new AAC clinicians practicing in an AAC centre in Ontario complete the course within the first 6 months of employment.
What is this course? An on-line learning environment with a one day hands on component at CEP. You will be sent a login and password through email on the start date of the course.
When does it run? Three times a year Winter, Spring, and Fall and it is 8 weeks long.
There is a Hands-on Interprofessional Learning Day at CEP on Friday October 3rd, 2025, which is highly recommended.
