Born and raised in South Africa, and now an RSU 3 resident, Concepta is a fourth-generation South African Indian who grew up immersed in the rich aromas, bold flavors, and cultural traditions of Durban’s iconic cuisine. Her earliest memories are filled with the sound of simmering curry pots, family gatherings centered around food, and the creativity that shaped her family’s heritage.
