This class is designed for individuals who are looking to improve their dance/tumbling skills for performance. Students will learn the proper dance techniques and safe tumbling. Turns, jumps, leaps, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, round-offs, and back handsprings are some of the tumbling skills. Students will then apply tumbling skills with dance choreography for performance!
