About this event
SB Futbol will offer a comprehensive training program this winter. We will facilitate an environment where learning is accelerated, quicker speed of play, intelligent decision making, and problem solving along with the ability to work efficiently with teammates in a group environment. Moreover, our fitness program SPARQ - Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness has been refined specifically for the soccer player. Dates and Times January 8th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM January 15th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM January 22th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM January 29th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM February 5th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM February 12th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM February 19th from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM February 26rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM Please bring shinguards --- only indoor footwear is allowed when we are indoors --- Weather permitting we will train outdoors.
