If you're missing your old intramural days or you're looking for a little friendly competition, the Tampa YMCA Adult Basketball League allows you to enjoy a sport you've always loved, get active and meet new friends. At the Y, we emphasize sportsmanship and fair play while supporting healthy competition. You'll perfect your dribbling, refine your shooting and improve your endurance as you work out alongside your new teammates. While the adult 4 vs 4 is a team entry league, we also accept free agent registrations.
