Description

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Instructor: Yesika Young

Choose which day of the week you would like to attend in-person class. If the option you would like is full, add yourself to the waiting list.

Wednesday class: April 2 - June 4, 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
(no class April 16)Friday Class: April 4 - June 6, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
(no class April 18)

NOTE: Due to Library and Community Center renovations these classes are now located at the Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue.
