Description

Lap swim provides designated lanes in our 25 meter pool for individuals to swim continuous lengths at their own pace. It offers a structured, low-impact workout environment suited for fitness, training, and skill development. Swimmers must be swimming laps. The lane ropes will be in and flutter boards are available. This lap swim takes place during private lessons, so only 2 lanes are available.
