These advanced swimmers will rise to the challenge of more sophisticated aquatic skills while continuing to build strength, endurance, and confidence in the water.

• 9:15–9:45 AM
• 1:05–1:35 PM
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your lesson.

• Towel
• Goggles (optional) Goggles are not provided but are available for purchase at the front desk.

• Perform advanced entries, including stride entries and compact jumps
• Develop lifesaving kicks such as eggbeater and scissor kick
• Build strength and power through head-up breaststroke sprints (25 m)
• Swim full lengths using front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke with confidence

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child before and after lessons
• Lifeguards and instructors supervise only during scheduled class times
• Children must not be left unattended on the pool deck or in change rooms
• Progress depends on comfort level, attendance, and individual ability
• Some participants may need to repeat levels
• Please inform staff of any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, seizures, allergies)
• Photos may be taken for promotional use (website/social media). Please notify us if you do not consent
