Swimmers at this level will build confidence in deeper water while developing foundational skills for more independent swimming.
Class Times:

• Every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:45-6:15pm
• Running Oct 20/22, Oct 27/29, Nov 3/5, Nov 10/12, & Nov 17/19
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your lesson. If you are late, the lesson will begin without you.

What to Bring

• Towel
• Goggles (optional) Goggles are not provided but are available for purchase at the front desk.

What Participants Will Learn

• Jump into deeper water and practice sideways entries while wearing a lifejacket
• Become comfortable supporting themselves at the surface without aids
• Learn the whip kick technique
• Swim 10 m on both front and back Introduction to flutter kick interval training (4 × 5 m)

Important Information

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child before and after lessons
• Lifeguards and instructors supervise only during scheduled class times
• Children must not be left unattended on the pool deck or in change rooms
• Progress depends on comfort level, attendance, and individual ability
• Some participants may need to repeat levels
• Please inform staff of any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, seizures, allergies)
• Photos may be taken for promotional use (website/social media). Please notify us if you do not consent
• The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items
