Description

Advanced preschoolers, ages 3-6 will build independence and confidence in deeper water while continuing to develop essential swimming skills.

Your child should be comfortable going into the water. If they are nervous or unwilling to enter, a parent/guardian will need to join them in the water to help. In group lessons, instructors are supervising multiple children and cannot always provide one-on-one attention. If your child would benefit from more individualized support, private lessons are available.
Class Times: Monday to Friday

• 9:15–9:45 AM
• 1:05–1:35 PM
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your lesson.

What to Bring

• Towel
• Goggles (optional) Goggles are not provided but are available for purchase at the front desk.

What Participants Will Learn

• Perform independent jumps into deeper water and exit the pool without assistance
• Practice sideways entries
• Become comfortable opening their eyes underwater
• Complete a short swim (5 m) on their front while wearing a lifejacket
• Practice side gliding and kicking

Important Information

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child before and after lessons
• Lifeguards and instructors supervise only during scheduled class times
• Children must not be left unattended on the pool deck or in change rooms
• Progress depends on comfort level, attendance, and individual ability
• Some participants may need to repeat levels
• Please inform staff of any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, seizures, allergies)
• Photos may be taken for promotional use (website/social media). Please notify us if you do not consent
• The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items
