Lap swim is a dedicated time in the pool for swimmers to move continuously up and down the lanes, focusing on fitness, technique, or endurance. Swimmers share the lanes, creating an orderly and efficient environment for steady, uninterrupted movement. There are 4 lanes and flutter boards available upon request.
