Description

Toddler Time Yoga is a community movement and mindfulness class designed for children ages two to six years old, accompanied by a trusted adult. The class blends physical activity, mindfulness practices, and social-emotional learning in a supportive, community environment. Activities include exploring yoga shapes, singing, reading, and engaging in play that develops both fine and gross motor skills, balance, breathing, and social skills. Located at the Sunset Hills Community Center.
Pre-Registration is required.
Instructor: Grace Eberle (CVD, 200-CYT, 95-CKYT) is a trauma-informed movement + mindfulness facilitator and Doula serving families across Missouri. Since 2016, she has trained with Yoga Buzz, YoYo Yoga, Zabie Yamaski, the Trauma Center at JRI, and apprenticed with Melissa Dierker at Complete Harmony. Grace teaches in local community spaces and at Complete, where she serves families and individuals as they work to connect with choice, resilience, and meaningful connection in community during life’s transitions.
