Join us for our new Pilates Workshop instructed by Artemisa Heizer! We will incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement, and flexibility. The exercises are designed to be low impact and stretch + strengthen the body. Floor mat exercises may also be combined with other equipment such as weights, balls, bands, and rings. Learn all about the basic techniques of Pilates. All levels are welcome.
